Raw

The chemical composition
The root and herb contains the following chemicals: Inulin - up to 20 % , glycoside - intybina - to 2 % , tannins - 0.2% choline - 0.2 g/100 g , reducing sugars - up to 15 % , quarter ascorbic acid, chlorogenic quarter , quarter izochlorogenowy , chicory square , square coffee, laktucyna ester quarter paraoksyfenylo - oxalic trójterpenowy alcohol , taraksasterol .
The flowers are coumarin glycosides - cykoryna and esculin . Herb addition to the above ingredients contains B vitamins and iron salts , sodium, potassium , manganese, calcium and phosphorus.
Operation and use
Extracts of flowers operate slightly calming effect on the central nervous system tonic for the heart , reduce the permeability of blood vessels, anti-inflammatory , diuretic and slightly weak disinfectant .
Infusion: pour 2 tablespoons of flowers 200 ml of boiling water , leave for 20 minutes and strain.
