description

Creeping perennial with a thick rhizome , leaves large, trifoliate , the blades obovate , clustered on leafless inflorescences up to 30 cm high stalks , calyx of five in the bottom of the conjoined plots , crown delicate, slightly fleshy , white or pinkish , funnel , half length divided into five patches , coated on the inside moist hairs , stamens 5 , column 1, the result of a handbag . Widespread throughout the country , growing on wet meadows, in the marshes, in damp woods and ditches clear .


 

Raw

The raw material is a leaf - Folium Menyanthidis , FP III , IV and V, the former name is Folium fibrini trifolii ( aquatici ) . Raw / Herb Lux, Herbapol , Watermelon , Medicinal Herbs Boguccy ) are both available in herbal stores and pharmacies (pack of 25 and 50 g), or acquire from its natural state . The leaves are harvested in May and June. They are dried at normal temperature , and were then pours into a sealed package. You can also use whole herb Bóbrka - Herb Menyanthidis .

 

The chemical composition

Herb and leaves contain a glycoside goryczowy (about 1%) called menyantyną and meliantynę , hyperozyd , rutoside , trifoliozyd , alkaloids ( gencyaninę , gencyanidynę , gencyalutynę ) , tannins , organic acids ( protocatechuic , coffee ) , carotene , saponins , pectins, iodine salts , manganese and iron.

 

Operation and use

Extracts of the herb and leaves calming , antipyretic , cholagogue , antiseptic , anti-inflammatory , enhance the secretion of gastric juice and pancreatic , stimulate appetite and digestion. These occur at 30 minutes after taking the drug. It should be noted that the herb Bóbrka stimulates the metabolism .

Indications: lack of appetite, intestinal atony , lack of bile , digestive disorders, iodine deficiency , metabolic disorders , nervousness , jaundice , anemia, general weakness, intestinal cramps , abdominal pain , menstrual disorders , constipation, skin problems ( acne or psoriasis) , fever, discharge .

Infusion: 2 tablespoons herb or of the leaves pour 2 cups boiling water , leave for 20 minutes and strain. Drink 3-4 times a plot or before eating 50-100 ml of children 1 year of age . - 12 ml, 3 years of age . - 21 ml , 7 years of age . - 34 years of age . , 10 years of age . - 45 ml, 15 years of age . - 50-70 ml , 2-3 times the plot

Tincture Bog-bean - tincture Menyanthidis : half cups of herb or the same leaf pour 400 ml of vodka , macerate 14 days ; filter. Take 2-3 times a plot of 1 teaspoon in 50 ml of boiled water .

Tincture wash oily skin with acne , they can cure many other dermatological diseases .

Powder: dry leaves grind in a coffee grinder to powder midget . Take 2-3 times a plot of half a teaspoon , well drink .
