The basic principle of distributive diet is not combined in one meal with a group of protein and carbohydrate groups. Products from both groups can becombined with the neutral group. In addition, we use a few good tips:
* eat only natural and wholesome foods
* before each meal it is good to drink a glass of fresh vegetable juice,mineral water or unsweetened fruit tea
* each of the main courses (ie, lunch and dinner) should contain at leastone natural ekstaspalacz fat, such as vitamin C, magnesium, iron, calcium,iodine, chromium, carnitine.
Protein Group:

cheese with a fat content to 50% in DM
Neutral Group:
fats (except cured - margarine, butter, vegetable)
acidified dairy products

raw, marinated or smoked fish (tłustsze them the better)
vegetables and lettuce
mushrooms
sprouts and seeds
Herbs and spices
Nuts (except ground) and seeds
blueberries

yeast
high percentage of pure alcohol

Groups of carbohydrates:
flour (wheat, potato, etc.)
pasta
potato
dough
pizza
bananas, apple crisp and sweet, fresh figs and dates
dried fruit (except raisins)
fructose, honey, maple syrup, nectar from the apples, pears and
pudding
